Return & Refund Policy

1) Product Replacement (within 14 days)

If you are not fulfilled with your purchase, you may request a replacement within 14 days of your order.

• The replacement must be of equal or lower value than the original product.
• In special cases, we may approve a higher-priced replacement upon request.
• Replacements are free of charge.

2) Refunds for Technical Issues

You may request a full refund only if the product has a technical, replicable issue that prevents it from running properly on your operating system.

• Our team has up to 30 days to attempt to resolve the issue.
• If the issue cannot be fixed within this period, we will refund your payment in full.
• Most plugins/apps include demo versions so you can test before purchase.

Note: Certain products (e.g., Kontakt libraries and other third-party items) cannot be refunded once downloaded due to third-party licensing conditions.

3) What’s Not Eligible

• Change of mind or accidental purchase are only eligible for a replacement.
• Products already evaluated via a demo (unless covered by the technical issue clause above).
• Unauthorized sharing, resale, gifting, loaning, renting, or transferring of licenses/content.

4) How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Reach out through support with your order number, product name, operating system, and a brief description (screenshots or error logs help).

5) Liability

Our liability for any product is limited to the total amount you paid for that product.
