Our sound content is royalty free as long as you buy a valid license for related libraries through our website or our distributors. Rast Sound and it's partners hold royalties for all sounds provided. With a purchased license, you can use our content royalty free for commercial & non-commercial work.
The samples contained herein are licensed, not sold to you. This non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted only to the individual end user who has purchased a lawfully made copy of this product.
You can't resell, loan, or rent any of the products or content within. Though, you can make music with the sounds and sell or publish that music. This license expressly forbids resale, rental, loan, gift, or transfer of these samples in any format or via any medium, except as part of a derivative musical work.
If you are not fulfilled with any product, you can replace it within 14 days with another product free of charge. This replacement product can not exceed the price of the original product (in some cases this can be allowed if requested by the customer). You can ask for a full refund only if the product(s) have a technical issue. The company can ask for 14 days to fix the issue or refund your payment fully if the issue is not fixed. You have to understand that most of our products (like Kontakt libraries) can not be reverted after the download is complete as we are a third party provider.
If Rast Sound face any conflicts in extreme cases (your content provoking hate, violence, change in royalty law/rights etc.) about the royalty source of a sound file provided, we may get in touch with you to inform and/or ask you to remove the certain sound file from your work while refunding your purchase. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the results of the conflict (if any) regarding the extreme use case and related local law.
